PATA launches relief fund for victims of natural disasters

ThePacific Asia Travel Association has launched a disaster relief fund to assist those affected by this week’s natural disasters in south east Asia and the south Pacific. With so many lives lost, and damage caused, by the typhoons, earthquakes and tsunami across the region the Association is inviting its members and the general public to make contributions.Donors may specify a particular disaster area or simply contribute to the general fund and allow PATA to assess how best to allocate the donations.Donations may be made in US Dollars to:ACCOUNT NAME: Pacific Asia Travel AssociationBANK NAME: Bank of the WestBANK ADDRESS: 505 Montgomery St, San Francisco, CA 94111, USAACCOUNT NO: 773030408SWIFT CODE: BWSTUS66Arrangements are also being made to accept donations online using credit and debit cards.
